The luxury mansion is situated in one of the most stunning valley of Salzburg, slightly above the village with a breathtaking view onto the surrounding mountains.

In the years 2005 / 2006, the entire house has been carefully renovated in respect of the luxury style of Salzburg and it's former owners - Austrian aristocrats, using high quality materials

The huge living hall, separated from the dining hall through a typical Salzburghese tile oven, still show the original gold platterd STUCK ceillings, as well a antique chandaliers and lots of trophies of the former hunting grounds. At the long dining table  stand up to 12 hand-embroidered high back chairs.

The so called "Zirben Stube", a completely Zirben wood panneled is dining room for about 20 persons, has a hand painted ceilling.

The charming house bar in the centre of the ground floor is fully equipped with cooling drawers as well as draft system and espresso machine.

One appartement and one Loft have separate private entrances. The 8 sleeping rooms with en suite, floorheated bathrooms have been lovingly furnished by joiners hand in the typical, decorative Salzburg style. Some of the sleeping rooms do have separate small living rooms and a mini kitchen, three have a balcony with stunning view into the whole valley.

Comletely floor heated, the pavilion separates into a wardrobe, a small room with solarium, the sauna / steam bath cabin, a separate toilette, and a tastful relax room with large rain - dance shower with massage jets, an electric heated tile bench and refrigerator.

In the courtyard there are about 6 parking lots, two of them in a high, large car port.

The house will be sold completely furnished.
